Who we are

This notice explains what personal and health information PrimeReliefRx collects, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. Replace this placeholder with a notice reviewed by your own legal counsel before launch.

Health information we hold

Prescriptions you upload or that we obtain on your behalf, the medicines dispensed to you, the date of birth used to match your record, and any medication history you tell us about. This is special-category health data and is handled separately from ordinary customer data.

How prescription files are stored

Uploaded prescriptions are written outside the public web directory and are never reachable by URL. They can only be opened by a member of the pharmacy team who is signed in and holds the pharmacist permission, and every access is written to the order record.

Who can see it

Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians involved in dispensing your order. Fulfilment staff who pack and dispatch parcels do not have access to prescription records. We do not sell health information, and we never use it for advertising or share it with advertising platforms.

How long we keep it

Prescription records are retained for the period required by the pharmacy regulator in your jurisdiction, then destroyed. Set out that period here.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where retention rules allow. Contact the pharmacy team using the details on the contact page.
